Quick View

Every order listed in the View orders screen has a Quick View option which allows you to quickly view all the item lines on the order as well as other order details such as delivery address and special instructions. In short, the Quick View mode displays all the information displayed on the In your cart screen. It also has buttons to copy, edit, delete or print an order. In addition, you can reprint the invoice if an order has already been invoiced.

1. Display the View orders screen.

Refer to "View Orders".

2. Click anywhere on the line displaying the order that you want to view.

The line expands to display all the order lines and other details in Quick View mode.

3. You can also perform the following actions while you are viewing an order in Quick View mode (note that the buttons you can select at the top of the Quick View area depend on your user security and on the status of the order):

• view, edit or submit an order – refer to "Editing Orders"
• copy an order – refer to "Copying Orders"
• delete an order – refer to "Deleting Orders"
• reprint an invoice for a completed order – refer to "Reprinting Invoices"
• save an order to PDF and print it – refer to "Saving Orders to PDF"
• save an order to an Excel spreadsheet – refer to "Saving Orders to Excel".

4. To close Quick View mode and return to the single order line on the View orders screen, either select the X in the top right corner of the Quick View area or click anywhere on the dark grey order line.
